We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced consultants and contribute to impactful projects, helping clients optimize their business processes using Odoo.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Assist in collecting client requirements, documenting business processes, and understanding customer pain points.

• Solution Configuration: Support the configuration and customization of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.) to meet client needs.

• User Support & Training: Help create user manuals, conduct training sessions, and provide first-level support to end-users.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in user acceptance testing, identify bugs or issues, and suggest improvements for better system performance.

• Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of project activities, configuration changes, and user feedback.

• Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Interest in ERP systems, business process optimization, or enterprise software.

• Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP platforms is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced setting.
