We're seeking an expert Engineering Team Lead to drive technical excellence across our development projects. What You'll Do
- Technical Leadership
- Lead software development teams through all phases of the development lifecycle
- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices
- Guide architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks
- Implement and enforce quality standards across development projects
- Team Development
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers to enhance their technical skills
- Conduct technical interviews and participate in hiring decisions

- Client Engagement

What You Bring
- 10+ years of software development experience with a proven track record of technical leadership
- Expert knowledge of Python and its frameworks including Django, FastAPI, and Flask
- Strong proficiency with React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with Docker containerization and deployment workflows
- Demonstrated ability to architect complex software solutions
- Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with database systems and data modeling
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a remote environment with effective time management
- Willingness to adapt working hours for US time zone overlap
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)
- Knowledge of additional technologies in our stack (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Flutter)
- Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning technologies (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with Odoo ERP development and customization
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design
- DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Experience in consulting or client-facing technical roles
- Prior experience working with international clients across different time zones
- Understanding of business domains such as fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications
