The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Developer to join our team. You'll lead the design, development, and implementation of Python-based applications, working closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, performance-optimized software. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and ensure effective integration with CRM databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions tailored to client needs
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to optimize application performance and scalability
- Write clean, testable code, adhering to industry standards for maintainability
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering growth and development within the team
- Stay updated with the latest Python developments, sharing insights and improvements with the team
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of professional Python development experience, with a record of building and scaling applications
- Expertise in frameworks like Django or Flask, and libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL database performance optimization

Strong experience with FastAPI.
- Experience working with CRM databases and integrating CRM functionalities
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and data processing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for efficient, high-quality code
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in Agile environments
- Willingness to work overlapping hours with U.S. time zones
